Cicero is located at the north end of Morse Reservoir in Hamilton County. The opening of the reservoir in 1956 transformed Cicero from a rural, country town into a suburban community invested in education and its infrastructure. Much like surrounding towns, many of the area’s homes have been built in recent years , with the average home costing around $180,000.
