Short Sale Saga Part 3
Last week, the bank ordered another BPO (Broker Price Opinion) because the previous BPO expired after 90 days. The BPO is very similar to a Comparative Market Analysis or an appraisal. The work was done, the BPO submitted and the property will probably go back to the bottom of the pile with no hope of a quick closing. To refresh your memory, this home was listed in July and an offer was accepted in July. We are now entering our 8th month!
