Good Things About Indy Real Estate
Indianapolis real estate is rather conservative, a relatively speaking, a fairly safe bet. It does not have extreme highs or lows as much of the rest of the country. Check out this excerpt I received from an REO (Real Estate Owned) e newsletter:
Miami–According to the Real Estate Strategy Center of North Florida Inc., 95% of the homes sold in Jacksonville are selling for less than their purchase price. Todays market shows that about 14% of the 5,000 homes surveyed in the city were sold for less than they were purchased.
According to First American CoreLogic, Jacksonville’s negative equity percentages were nearly double the national average of 24 percent.
