"Kate and Mike, Thank you so much for our housewarming gift.  You certainly did not have to do that, but we are truly appreciative.  And I am especially thankful that I get to throw away all of those plastic cups I’ve been keeping since college.  Although this process can be stressful at times, its been comforting to know you two have both been through this process many time and had our best interests in mind.
